Sovereign Projects Financing

This service promises Governments with access to Funds from many different financiers around the world to initiates financing arrangements through us to fund priority projects for these governments. We do not only stop at presenting Government projects to Financiers, but we also help our clients to defend their submission for their projects in all the material elements needed by Funders in drawing their decisions to grant these finances.

Private Projects Financing

This Service reflects the same nature as the Sovereign Financing Protocol. We also facilitate Project Financing for a client in the private sector to execute their projects with loan funding and other forms of financing. Similarly, we play a key role in supporting our clients from end to end along the process.

Consultation Fees

Due to the large volume of inquiries received every day, we need to read a lot of documentation day and night and conduct preliminary due diligence. Starting from July 1st, 2021, we’ll charge a small consultation fee of US$50 per hour. Hopefully, it’ll help eliminate time wasters who are not genuinely coming for serious Business.
Consultation service shall include but not be limited to email correspondences, the review of documents, and conducting preliminary due diligence. [This section can be featured under our Fee Plan Section of the Website]

Clients applying for Project Funding

To be determined by the nature of the file under review. We shall first charge a consultation fee of $50 per hour for a minimum of (4 whole hours of resource engagement). After we are through with the prerequisite assessments, before we approve to submit the client’s file to the investor or funder, We shall advice you to make a payment for the protocol service for your project funding after review and due diligence exercise.

Protocol Initiation Fees (PIF)

Once we are done with review of client’s file and have given report to say that their project is good and has passed our criteria for submission to lenders or financiers or investors. Then we shall issue a payment order for client to pay this Protocol Initiation Fees (PIF).
This fee shall be 1% of total project cost or $6,000 which ever is lower.
It is pertinent to note that this fee is different from the facilitation fees we charge our clients when they have been approved for funding and are finally granted the funds. The standard rates for this varies between 4%-10% and are also greatly dependent on the funders procedures.
